Traffic sessions
Online status is based on recent traffic, not a list of open network connections.
Where to find it: #/sessions — Tools.
Workflow
Refresh the list, select a customer and open their record if needed.
Interpreting status
No recent traffic does not necessarily mean the app is closed. Disable the customer, wait for node synchronization and test connectivity to stop access. Open the node record to investigate a specific server.
Verify the result
There is no action to terminate one TCP connection. To stop access, disable the customer and verify node synchronization.
